1-Click Connection on Windows
- Open your browser on Windows and go to mtpc.littfed.ru/en.
- Choose a server with low latency and click “Connect”.
- When prompted by your browser, confirm opening the link with Telegram Desktop.
- Click “Enable Proxy” inside Telegram.
Manual Proxy Configuration
- In Telegram Desktop, click the ☰ Menu in the upper left corner and open Settings.
- Go to Advanced → Connection type (Proxy).
- Select Use custom proxy → click Add proxy.
- Choose MTProto proxy and paste the Server address, Port, and Secret.
- Save settings. A shield icon with a checkmark will appear in the bottom left status bar.
